Need for tutorials

My 2pence!

I also have struggled with this - I also work with a software vendor with a very complex product and am quite a veteran. My view is if the tutorial is not intuitive to find or run this defeats the object. Navigation should be intuitive and deeper functions of the site should be tutorials,

If there was a specific section to kick the tutorials off that allowed transparency this would help dramatically!!
