Unable to update or change event pic, clearing caches does not help and ctrl+f5 does not help and changing browser does not help.

Is this still relevant @Frohike1? The picture changing seems to work fine for me as well. It should work for Firefox and Chrome, but note that mobile (iOS/Android) browsers are not tested nor officially supported.
If you still have this problem, please tell also which browser (and version) and OS you’re using, and if you can also post the picture you’re trying to add here so I can test it out myself.
Closing this as we haven’t heard anything from OP and event picture uploading got further fixes today with the release of B21.
