I paid frankie pro subscription, then cancelled it. Then i reactivated it few days later and it took the sub price for this month again. So ive payed for 2 months now and it shows it will renew on december.
Sorry for the trouble. When purchasing a subscription PayPal charges you immediately so if you purchase a subscription while still having an active (but cancelled) subscription in place, it will just charge you again. PayPal APIs are not very good handling prorations and such.
But no worries, we’ll just give you a full refund from the previous purchase
